Refund Policy

Because the website uses the Instant Payment Notification System (IPN), which allows our service to be performed immediately after the processing fee has been paid, we have a NON-REFUND policy. The cost of the ESTA application is non-refundable, and should another US ESTA exist or be found for the traveler (s), we will not be able to refund our fee.
